EPoX "EP-9NPA+Ultra" what memory to use?

I'm planning on purchasing this board to go with my opty 146. Does this board work well with Mushkin Redline 4000? Or should i just get the G.Skill? Epox users give me your memory recommendations. Thanks

any ddr pc3200 and above will be fine. just make sure to get 1GB in dual channel (2x512MB).

but when i'm going to overclock, shouldn't it be better to get good ram and not generic stuff?
