Epox EP-8KTA2 & ATI AIW Radeon - Flakey??

Does anyone have any ideas on this. I just received a new Epox EP-8KTA2 Socket-A mainboard (rev 1.2), but it won't work hardly at all with the ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon Drivers. I've tried several clean installs of WinME, everything works fine until I install the AIW Radeon Drivers, then the system has occaisonal lines of video corruption followed by immediate freezes and screen blanks. The system will only be usable for a minute or so before it crashes. What's even weirder is that I've swapped out the mainboard with an Asus A7V and the Asus board works just fine. I'm using the VIA 4in1 4.26 Drivers as well as the latest official AIW Radeon Driver release (3056). Anyone else out there have success with this board and Radeon drivers. Feels like I've tried everything and nothing even comes close to working. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

BTW - I'm new to the forums - can someone tell me what "BUMP" means?

bump is just means that the person is replying to "bump" their post to the top so other people will see it.

have you tried flashing the latest EPoX bios?

Dang it that is the one thing I didn't try. I didn't realize that Epox released BIOS updates so often.
I just assumed that since the one included was marked as 11-2000, it would be the latest.

I'll give that a shot.

Can anyone else out there with a Radeon working on an Epox 8KTA2 tell me which BIOS they are using? (And which ATI & VIA Drivers for that matter?)

Thanx
