It uses DDR ram. Man, I have only SDRAM. The deal is pretty good though.

The EP-8KHA+ is a KT266A (VT8366A) board.
The EP-8K7A+ is a AMD-761 + VIA 686B board.

Yes, older Epox boards were pretty average, but all thr new ones are great.
