After my HP Scanjet 5100c just about completely crashed the system, my KBPO no longer works. Well, I say completely crashed the system, it actually screwed my USR modem up and I had to uninstall it, take it out, put it back in, and reinstall it.
Anyway, now I can't get the KBPO to work again. It was working before.
I reset the jumpers to off, changed it to disabled in the bios, rebooted, and then later went back and set the jumpers to on, and enabled it in the bios.
Still doesn't work.
Am I missing a step here or something. The manual doesn't make it real clear in the instructions about how to turn it on, but it was working before! Now it just quit.
What can I do?
