Epox EP-8K5A2 or EP-8K3AE, which overclocks better?

Onboard sound difference between Realtek201A and VT8233A ; which is better?

To the point, if I'm only getting an epox for overclocking, stability and price why would I get the 8K5A2 for $13 more, which has USB2.0 and the REaltek sound chip? These machines will not have a usb device connected to them.

i think the 8k5a2 is much better....more features such as usb 2.0, better audio, onboard lan, raid, and it has a newer southbridge. It also has 6 pci slots vs. 5 on the 8k3ae. It seems like a no brainer to me.

Thanks, russr. I just read the thread on the epox and I'll be posting all epox questions there.
