running above mb.
128mb gf3 gainward/cardexpert
512 kingston hyperx ddr2700 ram
sb live audigy.
2 40g wd 8mb cache harddrives running raid 1. setup as masters on separate channels
plextor burner ide1
liteon cdrom ide2
2.66 cpu intel
in bios sata is turned on firewire is enabled as is the lan. everything else is set to normal. One thing that does bother me however is that the +12V is like 11.79.
I have an antec true 380w powersupply. i run 4 enermax 8cm fans that are currently running about 2000 rpm.
I am running xp home sp1.
The issue is I install windows xp. It seems like it freezes at some point in time after asking for a driver. I restart and it then finishes up the install. First time it loads it loads ok but it says registry error and was recovered by a log. So I start installing and updating drivers system files from the update site. It seems at some point in time it just starts crashing constantly. It doesn't always want to load the drivers for the video card either. So I reboot and it loads them at that point then.
Anyways I usually have the most current drivers installed for everything. I use ez cd creator and have updated the known issue for that.
Also at random times it will just automatically reboot on its own. no blue screen or anything like that. then other times it gives me a blue screen and says its a pagefault in nonpaged area. I have tried different ram and different video card. left the sound card out as well. disabled lan and firewire. I have unhooked some of the fans as well to see if my voltages have changed. but they have not.
My question is does anyone else have something similiar to the setup I am currently using? Does anyone think that it is related to a powersupply problem? The ram I have changed to some different ram as I have said. I have ran chkdisk as well. Does anyone have any ideas as to what to do next?
