I was just looking at the Epox site. Is this 8KHA board something new? If not I didn't see it when I was looking at there boards last month. Anyone, my question is, which chipset or board would be better, the 8KHA w/ apollo kt266/8233 or the 8K7A w/ 760/686B. I need to know by tommorrow because I am heading for a comp show and plan on buying a new MB w/ DDR. If anyone has any advice please give... Hope someone sees this in time. Thanks in advance.

Get the 8K7A. A lot of people on this forum have this board and are very happy with it (including myself).
The AMD 761 chipset is the highest performing chipset out there right now. You can't go wrong with the 8K7A.

hey astroguy, i wouldnt say that if i were you, if you check out some of the latest reviews, you can see that the kt266 is a pretty good chipset, outperforming even the amd 761 chipset in some cases

i dont think this board is available yet if you look for a date on the article i think youll find its probably a press release from epox just like the press release for the 8k7a was released in like october of last year but didnt make it to market to just recently i dont think youll find any reviews on this yet either also they may be waiting for the new kt266 chipset
