Heloo all. I have a big problem with my semi-new build. I cannot connect with the internet. I had some problems after i reinstalled the drivers for my video card, my nic went missing. I was able to find it again through some bios adjustment, but it will not connect now. I have sent Epox numerous emails with no response to this point. I spent 4 hours on the phone with verizon to no avail. Is there something i can do to get this working? The problem seems to be with the Nvidia nforce ethernet controller. Thanks for any help with this.

Hi jazmann, did you explore your driver cd to see what NIC drivers are on it? What is showing on the device manager? Does it show a specific network interface driver and if it does, how does it describe the driver? not installed, stopped or with errors.

Ah, theres the rub, the driver cd is nowhere to be found. I took the machine to a friends place to be built after a had some problems with the build(my first). He says he cant find the driver disk, and ive turned my place upside down looking for it as well. Device manager shows 2. 1 is 1394 net adapter which is disabled. 2 is Nvidia nforce networking controller which is enabled and working properly according to device manager.
