well i have said board up top, and was wondering if it is compatible with this memory-

XMS ddr500

now mind u i purchased pc3200 xms for my system already, but i'm not sure if there is a difference, if i will see better performance, etc. please let me know..thanx

If you OC, yes, you will see better performance definately.
