epox 9npa + Floppy issue

Hello, I just purchased this floppy and its not being picked up so I wonder if the black cable has something to do with it or not since its not connected.

why? Cause I do not know where to connect this at.. anyone with the mobo and/or item has knowledge what I need to do?

I have the floppy cable connected there and the psu connector but not the BLACK CABLE... I just realized I failed to show the pic of what im talking about.

since it was oem, not sure where to connect that part.

Damn.. it is USB.. plug it in a USB header on your motherboard... that is for the card reader!
