Epox 9NDA3-J or Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra?

Ok, here's the story. I just finished building a 939 computer with a Venice 3000+ (that's supposed to overclock past 2.8 ghz) and an Epox 9NDA3-J mobo. When I tested it out it wouldnt boot up and somehow burnt my psu out 🙁 Anyways, I bought a Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra lthe other day which seemed like a good motherboard. I am sending out my screwed up Epox board to be RMAed whis week. I know that it will take a while to RMA the board, that's why I bought the Gigabyte board. Which one would be better to use? Oh yeah and I plan on overclocking.

Until last month I used the EPOX 9NDA3J with a Winchester 3000+ and it performed rock solid at stock speeds. I did not overclocked it. I finally replaced it with a PCI-E board so I could upgrade my video. When I replace my 3000+ with a dual core I will upgrade my wifes PC with it. She's still running a 1.2 Ghz Tulatin.
