EpoX 8rga+ rev. 1.0

Hey guys,
I had an epox 8rga+ rev 1.1(I'm 99% sure, maybe 1.01) but I had to RMA it. I received a rev 1.0. Does anyone know the difference? Will this one not overclock as well?
