Epox 8RDA3+ POST problem

I've just put together a new system with a 8RDA3+ and AMD 2600. On the very first power up I get a POST code of 29 on the onboard LED, it beeps 3 times in a row continuously and it just hangs. The manual doesn't show a POST code of 29. Anyone have any idea what the 3 beeps mean or the 29 POST code?

Start by clearing the CMOS. BTW, is it a long beep then 2 shorter ones? If yes, then you just need to reseat the vid card and make certain it has no contacts showing. You can reseat everything else and chek that your drives are all jumpered correctly. If that doesn't work then try booting barebones i.e. ram, vid card, cpu.

Now that you mention it I think it is a long and 2 shorts. I'll reseat the video and give it a whirl.
