Epox 8RDA+ Problem... GF4 stopped working?!

Problem
Using XP2200+ on Epox 8RDA+ w/ a GF4 Ti4600

Everything was working fine, installed a network card into the computer and the GF4 stopped working! All it will display now is weird ASCII characters and blocks on the Epox board.

Tried removing the network card, maybe some weird irq conflict... same deal, wont even boot up... all I get is the weird ASCII characters. Tried clearing CMOS, same problem. I put the GF4 4600 into an older comptuer and it works 100% ok. I took my old ATi 7200 and put it onto the 8RDA+ and it works fine.

So the GF4 4600 doesnt work in the new comp anymore, but it works in the old... and the ATI 7200 works in both computers.

Any ideas why this would be happening, and how I might be able to fix it?

Thanks.

The 8RDA+'s memory clips are pretty close to the plane of the AGP slot. Some people have knocked bits off the top side of their Ti4600's by colliding with the memory clips when inserting the card... any chance that occurred with yours?

That is quite possible... the 4600 has started behaving very weird in the old computer now. Sharp lines are constantly appearing across the monitor on the old computer, it's not a refresh problem either... its like it can't display what is in that particular area.

So I'm thinking the card somehow became damaged when being swapped in/out of the newer system.
