Epox 8RDA+ power supply/video questions

I've been reading a lot about the Epox 8RDA+/TBredB combos in the past couple of weeks and am thinking about upgrading. I'm not sure if my power supply and video card would be compatible though. I've currently got a PIII 700 on an Aopen BX board and the power supply is a 250 watt Antec. Is it possible that would be enough? I also read about the possibility of some older AGP cards being damaged because of voltage mismatches. I've got an original Radeon 32MB card. Will that work on this board? I couldn't find anything on the ATI site regarding voltages on my card!

IMHO it would be smart to get a new PSU. Antec TruePower330 is a strong unit that won't blink if you throw a power-hog video card and some extra drives in the system, and it runs quietly and has very tight load regulation. 3-year warranty too.

I'm not sure on the video-card question.
