Epox 8RDA or Asus A7N8X?

I just bought epox 8rda, it works for a day, then it never boot everytime I try to OC even with changing 1 parameter each time. Now it only works with default setting. It does not boot when I change FSB or multiplier. Should I return this board and buy a Epox 8RDA+ or ASUS A7N8X? Which one is better? Thanks!

Maybe you should solve your current issues first before considering a new MB.

1. Make sure you have the lastest BIOS for your 8RDA. 0402
2. Take out all your interface cards, just leave the video card.
3. Start the O/C little by little.

-Make sure the AGP is 66MHz
-Mem speed to be within spec.

I did all this, but no help!

I suggest the A7N8X cause thats what I use. But since you bought the 8RDA the first time, then you must have liked it more. It all depends on what you want and what you need. The 8RDA has less with it, but it can give you a better OC sometimes. The A7N8X is loaded, but doesn't OC as nicely.

Actually, ignore everything I just said... I'm going to solve this stupid problem once and for all. Get a Magic 8-Ball and ask it which you should buy. Its just as arbitrary as asking us.

My asus a7n8x deluxe died on me when I just OC the FSB over the limit. I can run stable at 155FSB then change to 156. No luck, no POST, nothing, I try all the trick. Change CPU ( Duron ) and set to FSB100, then reinstall xp, clear CMOS.
RMA time. I did RMA asus for a new one and if I got lucky, they send me the version 2, but I am going to resell it anyway.
