EPOX 8RDA+ Or 8RDA2+ Motherboards?

I am close to buying the EPOX 8RDA+ Motherboard, since I feel that the Serial ATA Drives Standards are at least six months away.

The EPOX 8RGA+ Motherboard has in built Video, but I prefer my ATI Radion Graphics Card.

Will there be an EPOX 8RDA2+ Motherboard out in the next month, and what additional features will it have?

Examples: Serial ATA?, Raid?

Should I wait for the EPOX 8RDA2+ or just get the EPOX 8RDA+ now?

I've read rumors that Epox will release the 8RDA2+ (8RDA+ with on-board IDE RAID) around the first of the year.

JonathanF, it will have exactly that - Serial ATA, and RAID capabilities over the serial ATA connection (not the parallel ones). I believe it'll also have the dual-LAN capabilities other "deluxe" models have had, and *should* have the SPDIF connection included this time (currently you need to purchase it separately for the 8RDA+). Choice is yours. As Parja said, they should be available in early January.
