EPOX 8KTA3 or ABIT KT7a for my TBIRD 900?

I'm planning to get a Thunderbird 900mhz and I don't plan to overclock.
Which motherboard do you guys recommend? I've heard of two most recommended ones are EPOX 8KTA3 and ABIT KT7A. What makes them better than others? Thanks!

There are 3 big boards right now... Asus, Abit, Epox.... feature wise they are all almost identical, and same with performance wise. I own the Asus personally and run 7x150 with my 800 T-Bird.

I've used several EP8KTA3 boards and have had no problems. Despite Anand's review .. I like them although I do admit it is hard to cool the CPU. CM's and Alpha's work fine ... Orb's do not. Abit is still having QC Problems and I have no personal experience with the Asus.

If your not going to overclock then stay away from Abit get a solid board like Asus or MSI or the EP8KTA3.

My epox works stable on a duron 600@1050mhz (7x150mhz). I didn't have any trouble of overclocking on the epox at all.

Today I just purchased myself a Thunderbird 900mhz and the EPOX 8KTA3 for 320$ including shipping and tax. Thanks you guys!
