Epox 8KTA3+ mobo and 1.4/266 CPU--need some advice

Hi all.

I am putting together a new system with a 8KTA3+ mobo and 1.4/266 CPU...got a good deal (thanks Carl!!), and I hear this a very nice, stable board...this is my first Epox mobo, as I usually go the Abit route...I've had good luck with Abit, although my KT7A Raid was a pain in the a$$ to set up:| (SB Live issues, put this in a certain PCI slot, blah, blah, blah).....

Which brings me to my point...any advice, issues, proper BIOS and BIOS settings, PCI conflicts, proper PCI card(s) location, good luck/bad luck stories, proper drivers, proper driver installation, links, etc....I know how to build/OC a PC, just want you Epox users (and anyone else) to let me know the scoop...here's what's goin' in...

8KTA3+ mobo with 1.4/266 chip
Swiftech MC462A HS with 80mm Sanyo Denki fan (Artic Silver thermal compound)
IBM Deskstar 60GXP 60 GB, 7200 rpm IDE drive--(not doing RAID for now)
ATI Radeon 64 MB DDR AGP video
Kenwood 62X CD ROM
Acer CD-RW CD ROM
512 MB (2x256) Mushkin PC133 memory
SB Live! X-Gamer or Diamond MX400-(like the SB sound...don't like the issues with some mobo's)
(2) PCI network cards-one for internal LAN, one to cable modem
1.44 FDD-duh!!

I will put this all in an Enlight EN7237 mid-tower/300w PS with fans front/rear, and I'll be running Windows 2000, SP2.

Any input would be appreciated....thanks!
