Under the description of the 8KTA3 BIOS release for 5/18/01, it has a mention of adding timing options in BIOS.

Is this the option to do 2-2-2?

i use the 5/18/01 bios and it does have the option to set 2-2-2 memory timings

Yes, but I was dissapointed that it did not seem to effect my 3DMark scores.
