Epox 8KTA3+ Bios Flashing

Has anybody been able to flash their Epox 8KTA3+ bios to one of the two recent updates? For some reason I keep getting write fails when I attempt to do this. There aren't any jumpers on the motherboard and there doesn't seem to be any bios protection feature in the bios settings, so it doesn't make much sense.

I've seen post regarding this subject, but no outcomes...

I Flashed my BIOS 3 days ago with no problems. 8kt31417 was the Download I used, and it Flashed without any problems. I didn't have to re-set any Jumpers, merely created a Bootable Floppy and added the un-zipped 8kt31417 files and then re-booted the PC.
