Epox 8KTA3 AGP and PCI Bus Speeds?

Does anyone have any information about the AGP and PCI dividers used on the Epox 8KTA3? When running at the default 133MHz bus speed, Sisoft Sandra reports an AGP bus speed of 90MHz (which would indicate a 2/3 divider), and a PCI bus speed of 45MHz. Am I missing a setting in the Bios, or is SiSoft misreporting this information, or is there something else?

Forget the last question -- seems as if it's an issue with SiSoft Sandra:

"Sandra 2001 Erratas/Issues: Please read the following if you have any problems with this release:

Incorect PCI/AGP multipliers @ KT133A/KM133 chipset: At 2x 133MHz FSB the PCI/Memory speeds could be wrong. Sandra does NOT support this chipsets yet."

New question: If I'm getting weird video remnants/artifacts at 145MHz FSB (including off-color miniature screens at the top of my regular 800x600 screen), I imagine this is a problem with my graphics card (Matrox G200 AGP)? Would an upgrade help?
