I ordered one of these motherboards expecting what the website said: kt 266a, 1agp, 3 pci, C-media audio, all in a small foot print. Well they changed it from c-media (my whole point in getting this mboard) to the el Capola via AC97. New Epox is trying to tell me ac97 is the same thing as c-media audio, and the store refuses to send me a full refund even though they are selling it under false pretences. So if you are gettign this for the nice audio you are out of luck. :(

Got any contact info for someone Spart over at Epox or axion tech? :)

That's too bad they won't make it up to you ..............!

I guess Axion Tech has so much business now, they don't mind alienating (as in losing!) a customer!!!
That's the way a "small business" stays SMALL or else goes belly-up ........... AFAIC!

Does the 8KHM have any of the o-c'ing features of the 8KHA+ ............... ?
Did you have any other issues with the mATX version other than sound?

Thanks for the info ................

Hehe... seems you left a piece of your mind at their review section.. LOL.. ohh man that was good.. But now I look at it, it only says "AUDIO" I'm sure when you had got it, it was different. But I really WANT this boad. I have a mATX case that can really be upgraded. Man either that or the Aopen MX34U... and that is 50 bucks.. better than the Epox.. and has the AMD 761 chipset. Choices Choices... and the 815EPT socket 370 is looking sharp, with the Intel P3 going as high as 1.6...
