Epox 8KHA+ won't power

I installed a new Epox 8KHA+ in a brand new system, and it is not getting any power when I hit the power switch. I have no idea what the problem is and how to go about finding it. Any ideas?

Give use the lowdown on your system specs. Most important the PSU specs.

Epox 8KHA+
Atlhon XP 1900+
512MB Crucial DDR

other things that i will probably be removing in a bit to see if it still won't boot, but I'm wondering why it wouldn't even get power.

Is the power switch properly connected to your motherboard? Try flipping it around then turning on your system.

I tried both of those things before, and it didn't work. I ended up taking the PCI cards out, nothing. So I unplugged the IDE devices and it boots. I just have to figure out how to put it in correctly now. Thanks for the help.
