There are sveral choices for system performance....Normal, Fast, Fastest, and Turbo. What is best for normal (no OC) and stable performance?

I have a custom mix of Turbo and some custom settings, here they are:

System Performance - Turbo
DRAM Clock- 133mhz
DRAM Timing - Manual
SDRAM Cycle Length - 2 (May want to set to 2.5 if you don't want to OC the ram)
Bank Interleave - 4 Way
DRAM PreChrg to Act CMD - 2T
DRAM Act to PreChrg CMD - 6T
DRAM Active to CMD - 2T
DRAM Queue Depth - 4 Level
DRAM Drive Strength - Auto
DRAM Command Rate - 1T Command
DCLKI Timing - 0 ns
DCLKO Timing - 0 ns
Fast R-W Turn Around - Enabled
Continuous DRAM Request - Enabled

Those are the fastest/most aggressive settings for RAM, I also bumped up the RAM voltage to 2.70v.

I'm using 2 x 256MB Crucial PC2100 CAS2.5
