I have:
Antec 430W Powersupply
Epox 8KHA+ motherboard
AMD 1600+ cpu
Abit Gforce2 T400 graphics card
WD 40GB HD
Pioneer DVD drive
256 MB Crucial 2100 RAM
I switched this system out an old case/powersupply because from what I could gather, they suck- Both by Enlight- it would reboot randomly and it is a pain to get the drives in and out of.
I have a new better case AHANIX Dbox, and the antec 430W powersupply but now the system won't boot. It hangs at a dos screen saying:
"Verifying DMI Pool Data..........."
The computer recognizes the FDD, HD, and DVD-rom in the bios but won't boot to the floppy drive with a Windows 98 Startup in it. It just hangs on the Verifying DMI Pool Data
Can someone please help???
