epox 8kha+ timer messed up--recommend a good atomicclock0-sync prog?

every week or so, the system timer would roll itself back 2 hours

is this a common problem? is there a really SIMPLE and minimalistic program that can sync my clock with the atomic clock?

Your motherboard battery may be going...have you tried to switch it?

nevermind...somehow the timezone setting was set to PST (im in central) and APPARENTLY windows automatically adjusts my time for correctness (as is PST)? (why/how?!?!)
