Epox 8KHA+ .. normal or turbo?

Any real benefits if I change the settings from normal to turbo mode?? I have an 8KHA+, an Athlon XP 1700+, 512mb PC2100 DDR, a Gainward GF3 Ti200, and I'm running WinXP Home Edition. My system isn't currently overclocked.. if I do overclock in the future, it'll be my FSB tweaking cuz I'm not too sure about unlocking the XP. My BIOS is from November 2001.

Turbo will only give you few frames per second more in gaming,it`s the fastest setting,if you have good quality ram like Crucial you might as well use "turbo" setting.However if you do get any stability problems just try the other settings like "fast" or "fastest"
