that review is probably one of THE worst i've ever seen. he showed us NOTHING except a memory benchmark. wtf? how about showing us how all that extra bandwidth affects real world applications? (seti@home, rc5)

hi well im sorry u r dissapointed.

im merely getting the point across ,ive no intenetion of publishing endless pages of benchmarks ,you can get an idea from what i published
and as i said inthe article use your imagination.
sites like anandtech here will provide the solid information when they review the board ,ive found in the past writing articles that go beyond 5 or 6 pages very rarely get read to the end take the recent TYAN MP review we published the first 6 pages had a 70 % higher view rate than the last 5 pages.

i think perhaps over the next week more articles will surface and you can collate the information and then decide ,but as i say im sorry u r dissappointed.

I enjoyed reading the review and thanks for the effort. If possible I'd like to see more but there's some valuable info there.

I'm with TuffGuy that review was kinda crappy. Bria55, in the future why don't compare boards at high resolutions so people can see if its really worth upgrading.

Two quick questions - Will the 8KHA+ run just fine with Registered ECC DDR (from crucial)? That's what I've got left over from a failed attempt to get a Tiger MP board running. I'd rather just use it than buy more memory...

Also, is it possible to enable/disable the ECC functions? There appeared to be an option to do just that in the Tiger MP BIOS. That'd be sweet - The advantages of registers without the slowness of ECC.
