EPOX 8KHA+ IRQ Problem? Restarting?

For Those with a EPOX 8KHA+:

First off when I got my mobo I disabled onboard sound and game port. I then did what the config guide suggested:

Pin 1 : IRQ 11
Pin 2: IRQ 10
Pin 3: IRQ 5
Pin 4: IRQ 9

I only did 1 other thing with bios from factory:
1. For better & less CPU usage when printing (page 4-14 to 4-15 in manual), goto "Integrated Peripherals" and goto "Super IO Device". Goto "Parallel Port Mode" and set to ECP+EPP. Goto "EPP Mode Select" and set it to EPP1.9

*I set JCK1 jumper to 2-3 for my CPU

I have a Soundblaster live in PCI slot 5, and in XP its putting it as IRQ 3. I was wondering why it isnt making it IRQ 5? (thinking that it should be IRQ 5 since its a sound card. Maybe its doing it correctly, if not could ya help tell me what I need to do to make it IRQ 5😛

Second when I load winamp sometimes when I start some of the 3d plugins it sound jitters for a sec while loading the plugin. (when it loads it starts out black for a sec, this is the time it jitters) is this common, since its such a large load on the computer?

Thirdly when I load this one plugin "Gauntlet v101 " in full screen it completly restarts my computer everytime. I wanted someone else to try it with my same configuration and see if they find the same problem.

BTW: No I dont overclock anything

I also have ran 3dmark on continual loop for a day and a half straight no probs.
