Will a Mobile Athlon XP 2400+ work on the 8KHA+ with the latest BIOS update?

It'll work but you may need to set the multiplier\FSB manually.

Last time I checked, 8KHA+ does not have anything lower than a 1/4 multiplier.
You might be stuck with 133 FSB w/o setting the pci out of spec.
