I have assembled a whole computer for the first time - and I've managed to solve all problems by the help of this forum, great 8)
But two problems still remains. I have looked in the mobo manual on how to connect the wires from
the front-cover of the case to the motherboard, the ones handling HD_working_led, and system_on_led and such. I have connected according to the diagram in the manual, but the leds won't light up at all, even though I can turn on my system fine - what am I doing wrong?
second problem: I have an IntelliMouse Explorer optical USB mouse, which I have plugged into
the usb outlet on the back of the case (I haven't installed the usb-addon card that came with the mobo, I think that's for USB 2.0) but the mouse won't work - I've tried the other USB-outlet, it still doesn't work. I then enabled USB for both keyboard and mouse in the bios, but no result. And the mobo-cd-rom won't let me install the usb drivers, because it says I haven't enabled USB in the bios - even though it's already enabled.
