epox 8kha+ & antec sx1030b power led connector help

I recently built a new system for xmas, I have an epox 8kha+ and antec sx1030b case. The problem is that I cant get the power led to light up. the mobo has a 5 pin connector for the power led and the wire coming from the case has 3. I also had the same problem with the ide led (2pin from case, 4 on mobo, i got it to work by plugging it into the middle two). How should I plug it in? I've tried a couple combinations and it doesnt work. Also, when i plug it into the middle 3, the power led stays off when I boot the system, but when I turn it off, it lights up! I looked throught the manual but it sucks and doesnt explain anything...at least to me (this was my first self built system). thanks for your help 🙂

Try putting it on the pins that you had it so that it would turn on when you turned off the PC, but flipping it around the other way.

The way I have mine hooked up is like this:

Connectors:
* * * * *
Pin #:
1 2 3 4 5

Connect the positive wire on the 3-pin LED plug to pin #1. #2 will be unused and #3 will be negative.

I hope this helps.

I am having a similar problem with two of my computers with 8kHA+. I am running an Enlight 7237 case tho. Ill try what was mentioned here to see if it works.
