No, it has 5 dipswitches for the multiplier adjustment, and jumpers for CPU vcore, 100/133mhz operation, and DDR voltage. The FSB is adjustable in the bios up to 250mhz.
it all depends on what you want. the 8k7a is good for performance and overclocking, and the 8kha is good for stability, and it has an extra slot for ram (both are ddr, i think)
