Epox 8K7A with 512 pc2100 --

I ordered the epox 8k7a + 256 x 2 megs of pc2100 dimms.... i heard some people have problems with that much ram.... please tlel me if i might have a problem

Taisol Heatsink (w/copper bottom)
6500rpm cpu fan (I replaced the Taisols stock fan)
512mb Crucial PC2100 DDR ram
SB Live
Epox 8k7a
30 gb Maxtor HD
Enermax 431w pwr supply (impotant if wanna OC over 1400mhz)
Case: Bamk 333 (its the grey Alienware case you see in their ads)
Case has two 80mm fans on side above video card & cpu & one 80mm
exhaust fan on top.

Cpu 1.89v
DDR 2.8v

mem hole at 15m-16m - disable
AGP Aperature size - 128
AGP ISA Aliasing - Enable
AGP Secondary Lat Timer - 20h
AGP Fast WRITES - Enable (alot of people disable this, I dont have any trouble with it enabled)
AGP Data Transfer Mode - 4x
AGP Always Compensate - disable
SDRAM ECC Setting - Disable
Super Bypass Mode - Enable
SDRAM Timing Setting - MANUAL
8882622 in that order. ( i just changed to these settings)
Video Bios Shadow - Disable or Enable (it doesnt make a difference for me, I have it disabled)
Auto Detect DIMM/PCI CLK - Enable
Spread Spectrum - Disable
Init Display first - AGP
IDE HDD Block Mode - Enable
Flash R/W Control - Enable

If i have that same system ,but wit the Enlight 7237 case and a 340W PSU, but same HSF, I wont be able to OC over 1400?

What really sold me is when I saw Compuwiz1 couldnt get any of his 1.4 Athlons over 1.5ghz until he upgrade his psu.
This guy has OCed more cpu's than Ive owned & I trust his judgement.
