Well... it seems impossible to find... is the MSI K7t266 or K7 Master considered a suitable replacement? Or is it better to wait until dealers get the epox board?

BTW, if anyone knows where i can get the epox board, TELL ME!!!!!!!

Hey Sundog,

How are your 8K7A mobos working? I've seen some posts on other forums where a lot of people have had to RMA their 8K7A/8K7A+ mobos they recently bought from Newegg. Maybe their was a recall or something, and now they're out of stock till they get a new (and working) batch? I hope they're working fine, since I'm wanting to get one in about a week.

xesh - at newegg, if they are out of stock, you can click on the auto-notify button next to the description of the 8k7a to have them email you when its back in stock

endarkened - i just got my 8k7a yesterday, and its working beautifully, along with my t-bird 1.33. ive had absolutely no problems with installing either of them.

I have two from newegg (from 3 weeks ago) in systems already, including the system that I am posting here with during it's burn in period.

I have flashed the BIOS on both boards and the are working fine. I will be firing up the two that I received today over the weekend.

Of the two that are running right now, one is all IDE and the other is all SCSI with ATI AIW vid. boards and Santa Cruz' for sound. I must say that I like this combination.
