Hey Guys,
I'm getting a very strange problem with my system lately. As I am playing CounterStrike or donig anything for that matter, the system out of no where reboots?!
Why is that? I just recently upgraded it from a Duron 1 Ghz to an Athlon 1.13 Ghz. I'm suspecting that the problem is with the motherboard as all the other components are in working order. The memory (512 MB PC2100) never caused me any problems with the 1 Ghz Duron as with the PSU as well (350 watt PowMax - AMD Compliant)
It can't be the CPU (or could it?!). The cpu was a working pull from another system that was upgraded to a XP1900+ and then installed into this system. It has Arctic Silver 3 and a CoolerMaster HSF rated for this cpu (not sure of the model - can't remember) but it is rated for it.
What could it be? Has anyone had this problem with their systems? What did you guys do to fix it?
Thanks in advance for your insight and help.
Johnny
