I'm looking to get new/more memory for this mainboard and I'm curious what it supports.

According to the manual, it only supports PC1600 or PC2100, but Crucial's site says it supports PC2700 and PC3200 as well. Being that I'll probably use the RAM on a new mainboard in the future, I was hoping to get the most current type.

Does anyone have one of these and is running PC3200?

When Crucial claims something is "guaranteed compatible", in your experience, is it?

PC2100 is max for the board. Faster ram (PC2700 or PC3200) will work at PC2100 speed as it is backward compatible.
