I've been having a problem with my motherboard and I'm pretty sure it's not the RAM (which I replaced) or the CPU.

When I try to boot up the motherboard doesn't post, instead I get a "Fd" on the motherboard's LED. When I remove the CPU I get a different error so I think the CPU isn't dead. This started happening suddenly when I rebooted one day. I've tried clearing the CMOS with no luck and now I am stumped.

Can anyone help me?
