I just bought 2 boards from Newegg. Rev 1.0 8K7a+
1 runs perfectly.
The other posts C1 on the LED and I can't get into BIOS.
The manual says that this is the auto detection of onboard DRAM & cache.
I've reseated/switched memory modules and slots.
I've moved the jumper from 133 to 100 FSB.
I've reset the CMOS.
The power supply is good, the CPU is working. Anything else I should try b4 RMA this board to Newegg?

This happened to me and it turned out to be a short from an extra case stand-off. Try booting with the mobo outside the case (resting on some non-conductive surface) to see if that isolates the problem.
Yup, extra stand-off in case 2- DOH!
