There is an led display on my motherboard. When i boot up it displays a bunch of letters and then it says FF. I was wondering what this meant, and i searched and i found that FF means:

BIOS chip reversed.
Updated with wrong BIOS.
Motherboard problem.
Add-in card inserted wrong.
CPU problem.

Anyone have any idea why i may be getting this error? eveything is running fine and my system is slightly overclocked. Yesterday i blew out a fan power plug on my mobo, so maybe thats it.

FF is the code that shows when the board is done with its Power-On Self Test and has passed control to the operating system. Regard it as standing for "Fully Functional."
