Epox 8k7a Overclock Issues

I heard the new bios on the 8k7a will support the athlon xp2200+ Did they change the multiplier possibilities to above 12.5 to accomplish this? Is there any way to make a lower speed processor like 1600 XP look like a 2200 to the 8k7a? I'd like to overclock without increasing the FSB but the dip switches only allow 12.5 multiplier.

I also heard the new bios for the 8k7a supports a 1/5 PCI divider for above 166 FSB. Will this protect hard drives too or can they still be damaged by upping the FSB? (I killed a hard drive this way once) Thanks.
