Epox 8K7A no cold boot

Hi I just got my refurb epox 8k7a board from newegg and it doesnt cold boot at all, I have to hit reset and only then will it boot. Even reseting through windows it will not boot, just no post and no monitor signal. I have to power down and then power up and then hit reset before system starts. Anyone know why? I have an antec 400w 12v powersupply, samsung 2100 ddr.

dude, mine does this same shi*. But, only when i have my crappy Netgear FA311 nic installed. If i take that out i can turn it off and on all day if i like. but, with that card in, I have to hit reset during every cold boot.
My advice (for what its worth) try unplugging some of your cards one at a time and see if you can isolate it.
