Does anyone here have good experiences with the 8k7a that you got from Newegg ? Or is it all bad ?

I got mine from newegg. Love it to death now that I found out what my initial issues were. It was a bad vid card. Great board.

Thats good to hear, I hope that my board isn't DOA though. That would be the worst. I can't wait to get it. What kind of power supply and HSF do you ues ?

um, in general i think it has been all good...including my 8k7a from newegg. i'm very happy with it, no issues at all. i am using the stock 300watt antec power supply that is in the sx830, and i'm using a wbk38 hsf

All good...i have ordered 3 of them from newegg.com...forth one is on the way. Good mobo and good retailer...can't go wrong unless you get one of those needle in the haystack defective ones that appear once in a while.

I opted for the Globalwin CAK38 HSF with the
6800rpm delta fan

best price on that copper monster is at axiontech.com
at around 30 bucks.

I got my board at z-buy.com and have always had zero
problems with that vendor although i've not done any
rma's with them to be fair.
