EPOx 8k7a - Monitor says "no synch"

Have any EPOX 8k7a owners encountered a problem whereby they power up their computer and the post code goes immediately to 'FF' and there monitor turns itself off or just flashes a "no synch" message? If so has anybody successfully resolved this issue?😕
 
I get no video whatsoever. I'm just putting the computer together so it is from a cold boot. I have had it running before and had the same problem initially, but can't remember how I solved it. Thanks for any help?🙂
