Epox 8K7A+ Mobo Problem

I just got my motherboard, an Epox 8K7A+ and I went to install the sucker and it didn't work. The speakers kept beeping and it gave me an error code of C1.

Vid Card: Visiontek Geforce 3 (This is not the problem cause I switched it with a card I know works, and nothing changed.)
HD: IBM Deskstar (Changed it with one that I know worked, nothing.)
CPU: AMD Althon 1.4GHz
RAM: 512 DDR RAM

Nothing works....

Any help here?
