Epox 8K7A Memory Timings: Question

I just want to inquire to see if anyone here has had problems with this memory timing:
8882622

It seems this is the one the majority choose. I'm looking for stability and NO data corruption. Sorry for making a new post, but I just want to make absolutely sure that I should go ahead and do it. If anyone had any problems please report them.

I have Crucial pc2100 ram (2x256)

When reading the other forums it's seems that nobody has problems with this memory-timing.... and it appears to be the best setting the is these days. So i would say go ahead with these settings.

the worst that could happen is a lockup right?

does anyone know what the defaults are just in case it doesn't work?
