EPOX 8K7A keeps beeping!!

sorry if this is the wrong forum! well i've had my rig relatively problem free for 1.5 years until it started beeping today. It's just continous beeping right after I turn on the power (no display at all). I tried reseating memory, connections, video card, and clearing CMOS but to no avail... i'm thinking maybe i need a new power supply?? Anyone got any ideas on how I should fix this??? btw motherboard is EPOX 8k7a, with a TBird 1.4, 2x256mb of Crucial DDR, Antec 400w power supply ... thanks
