the problem is the divisor: when you overclock to 133, it still divides by 3 as opposed to 4. When you set the jumper to 133, you insure that the PCI bus will still run at 33, as opposed to 44 (133/3). 44 is very very high for the PCI bus. Setting the jumper allows you to push past 133 with a divisor of 4: say you make it to 150, then the PCI bus is running at 37.5, way way less than the 44 before. It makes a big difference. Now if you can run the PCI bus around 45, more power, but that is almost impossible unless you aren't using any PCI cards, or have ultra expensive NIC and no sound crad, aint gonna happen! I am gonna get this board as well....
