Epox 8k7a IDE driver problem w/ CDrecorder

I setup my tbird 1.2g, Epox 8k7A mobo with win2k, running fine without any problem until I read here and installed the miniport, IDE busmaster and USB drivers. My Yamaha CDRW now refuse to burn in Nero (unable to perform fixation), Tried to uninstall the VIA busmaster, but now my device manager shows problem w/ the primary IDE controller and VIA busmaster controller still there, although CDRW is working now. Anyone know how do I completely uninstall the VIA driver? Anyone has similar problem?

If you rerun the installation for the Via IDE driver, there will be an option to uninstall the driver. Or you can try to just remove it from the Device Manager.

But if it's working fine now, why try to change anything?

should have listoned to you. I noticed that epox web site has a new version of this IDE driver, so I decided to give it a try. Oops, I got this blue screen death, had to reinstall entire win2k. will never touch it again.
